Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities & Towns: 2–4 business days

Outlying / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, sales, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Partners

All orders are shipped via Aramex or The Courier Guy, depending on your location and the fastest available option.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you.

4. Delivery Costs

Free delivery on all orders 

No hidden charges – what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Additional surcharges may apply for extremely remote areas (you will be notified before dispatch).

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accessible.

Couriers deliver only to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes).

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.

6. Delays & Responsibility

While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by the courier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

HypeLane ZA is not liable for delays once the parcel is handed over to Aramex or The Courier Guy.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
