1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Please note: Refunds are not available for items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer.
2. Refund Process
Email us at refunds@hypelane.co.za with your order number and reason for the refund.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return delivery.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery for refunds of faulty or incorrect items is free.
For returns due to personal preference (not faulty), a return delivery fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
